• Scoop hook allows the scoop to be stored inside the bin and out of the product for quick access to each ingredient.
• By holding the scoop handle and securing it to the hook, hands do
not touch the ingredients and the risk of cross-contamination is decreased.
• Integrated sliding lid for one handed access.
• See-thru lid slides along easy-glide track, to open.
• Assists in complying with FDA Food Code 30304.12.
• First in, first out (FIFO) fill compartment.
Scoop included and is easily stored inside. 10-gallon lid includes 2-cup scoop. 20-gallon lid includes 3-cup scoop. 32-gallon lid includes 4-cup scoop.
Rotating clear lid fits on 10-, 20-, or 32-gallon round containers (sold separately).
