THERMOMETERS
THERMOMETER CALIBRATION
In order to be in compliance with HACCP regulations we recommend the following thermometers be calibrated or calibration verified. Please follow the manufacturers procedures when calibrating all thermometers. Accuracy will be improved when calibrating to a temperature close to that measured. Always calibrate using a known temperature source (NIST traceable certified thermometer or instrument). Calibration should be performed on a regular basis as indicated by the table to the right.
