Dura-Seal 400 Industrial Light-Duty Concrete Floor Coatings
Very hard, very chemically resistant. Good in a water environment once hardened. Has odor during applications, but not after curing (6 hours).
• One, 2-gallon container applies two coats over 325-350 sq. ft.
• By mixing 50/50, coating penetrates pores and forms a solid
surface plate recognized by the USDA as a contaminant barrier.
• Apply by roller, brush or spray — leaves an easy-to-clean, hard, glossy surface suitable for incidental food contact.
• Mix with optional Satin Texture for non-skid durability.
• Meets all USDA and EPA standards. •Quick-dryingcoatinghardenstoa 6-8milthickness.

Dura-Poxy Industrial Heavy-Duty Concrete Floor Coatings
A heavier-bodied “100% solids” catalyzed epoxy laminate. Very hard and highly chemically resistant. No odor. Hardens even in a water environment. Accepted by the USDA for Incidental food contact use. For use on floors with major irregularities.
• 8-hour curing time. • 1 gallon covers 125 square feet. at 8-10 mil.
• For use on floors with major irregularities in the surface and floors that require maximum resistance to damage from falling tools, forklifts and similar causes of harm.
• Quick drying coating hardens to a 20 mil thickness with 2 coats.
• Mix with quartz chips for high skid areas (such as wet or frosty environments) and to form a coating that is resistant to the passing of steel wheels or other heavy machinery.
NOTE: Require temperatures of at least 55 °F during application.
