Heavy-Duty Plate Style Casters
● Swivel Casters — Formed legs are continuously welded, 1/4-inch steel
top plate is cold forged and heat treated to relieve stress and add strength.
● Main Load Bearing — Fully hardened ball bearings in a hardened raceway.
● Thrust Bearing — Large diameter hardened ball bearings roll freely in a hardened raceway.
● Lube Fittings — Provided for both swivel and wheel bearings
(for rubber wheels only).
● King Pin coined
and stress relieved — Holds raceways precisely in alignment.
● Finish — Corrosion-resistant zinc. ● 3/8-inch attached bolt.

Mold-On Rubber Wheels
● For use in warehouse environments where
floor protection and noise reduction are required.
● Soft rubber tread rolls over floor joints and
small obstructions quietly and smoothly.
● Cushioned rubber tread permanently vulcanized to cast iron cores.
● Recommended for quiet movement with
medium to heavy loads or where cushioning load is required.
● Zerk fitting in hub. ● Temperature range: -30 °F to 160 °F.
Polyurethane on Polyolefin Wheels
● Offers the same long wearing tread characteristics as polyurethane on steel or aluminum cores.
● Well suited for wet environments with delrin bearings.
● Resists chemicals, caustics, acids and oils.
● Composed of polyurethane tread mechanically and chemically bonded to a polyolefin core.
● Quiet rolling yet good load capacity.
● Temperature range: -40 °F to 180 °F.
● Not to be used where possibility for shock or high-impact exists.
