Double-Bladed Knife
Ideal knife for cutting along poultry keel bones.
● Simply remove the screw and the double-bladed knife becomes two separate knives with handles — allowing for easy sharpening.
● Optional dual edge sharpener allows both blade edges to be sharpened simultaneously.
