PROCESSING
Gear Switches: 2,000/3,000 pound rating*
● Offers lower gate travel path height reducing chain interference issues (patent pending design).
● Heavy-duty trolley stop (patent pending design). ● Heavier gear design.
● Switching mechanism has fewer parts than the competition.
● Switching uses easier up and down motion to change gates — eliminates side-to-side motion to change gates.
● Heavy guards protect linkages against trolley damage.
● Stainless steel turnbuckle design on adjusting arm.
Divert Switches:

● Stronger one piece Cylinder Mounting Arm Bracket.
● New cleaner spring location.

● Gate design improves weight transfer
throughout the entire switch.
Rails:
● Rails are water jet cut using T1 steel which increases strength and improves wear resistance.
● Water jet cutting allows an increase in the amount of material under the gate pocket as well as accurate duplication of parts.
● HERCULESTM = 1-3/4 inches – Industry Standard = 1-1/4 inches.
● Heavier Gates – increased gate dimension due to cutting the parts out of plate steel instead of using standard 2-1/2" meat rail.
● HERCULESTM Gate 1-1/2 inches.
● Industry Standard Gate 1-1/4 inches.
Bridge/Uprights:
● 1 inch x 2-1/2 inch upright dimension.
● Uprights clock into rail for accurate line up and stronger welds — allowing weld on both sides of rail. The industry standard design uses a face weld on one side only.
● Bolt on bridge design matches up for true placement. - Wider bolt pattern increases strength.
- Lower flange design places bolts below beam.
- Flange design gives clean welding surface.
