Removes grease, soot, tar and other accumulations from smokehouse walls, floors and ceilings.
● With a pH of > 12.5 and caustic formulation, it offers the performance of traditional caustic oven, grill and smokehouse cleaners.
● Highly effective on grease, fats, oils, carbon, dirt and baked-on deposits on food prep and cooking surfaces such as ovens, grills, deep fryers, smoke houses and meat curers.
● The thickened formula sticks to vertical surfaces, to allow for longer dwell time and better cleaning.
