Insulated Traffic Doors
● Fully gasketed doors can be mounted on either wood or metal frames (not included).
● Large polycarbonate windows are virtually scratch-resistant.
● Optional bumpers and impact plates 6 inches to 42 inches high, available.
● V-cam hinge; 1-inch diameter steel hinge post and steel leading edge post is molded in the door and runs the full length of panel.
● No gap seams; impervious to moisture, acids, petroleum products, or animal fats.
● XHD Retail Door (all stainless steel hardware) also available.
● Available in 14 colors: navy, royal blue, cadet blue, beige, chocolate brown, medium brown, jade, forest green, red, burgundy, white, cloud gray, metallic gray and black.
Medium-Duty Retailer Door
For use with people and cart traffic.
● One-piece molded 1/8-inch thick cross linked polyethylene outer skin over 1/4-inch urethane foam.
● Overall panel thickness: 1-1/2 inches.
● 8-1/2-inch lower hinge guards.
● Sizes up to 96 inches x 96 inches. Larger openings can be accompanied with swinging transom panel.
● R-FACTOR: 9.86
Heavy-Duty Standard Door
For use with people, carts and motorized
cart traffic.
● One-piece molded 1/8-inch thick cross linked polyethylene outer skin over 1-3/8-inch urethane foam.
● Overall panel thickness: 1-7/8 inches.
● 11-inch lower hinge guards.
● Sizes up to 96 inches x 96 inches.

Ultra Heavy-Duty Industrial Door
For use with people, carts, motorized carts
and forklift traffic.
● One-piece molded 1/4-inch thick cross linked polyethylene outer skin over 1-3/8-inch urethane foam.
● Panel thickness: 1-7/8 inches.
● 11-inch lower hinge guards.
● Sizes up to 120 inches x 120 inches. Larger openings can be accompanied with swinging transoms or double dutch panels.
