SD2000 Light-Weight Aluminum Traffic Doors
For use with cart and people traffic only, no motorized traffic.
● Constructed with 0.063-inch anodized aluminum.
● Includes 9 x 14-inch acrylic windows wet in black rubber molding.
● Hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset cam system and hardened rollers. ● Can be custom designed to fit any plant, store or restaurant application.
● Doors can be mounted on either wood or metal jambs, frames not included.

● Constructed of 16 gauge, #4 brushed finish stainless steel.
● Includes 9 x 14-inch acrylic window set in rubber molding.
● Ultra Soft TouchTM assisted gravity hinge is hidden in the back spine.
● Low-maintenance, no unattractive upper panel cutouts or large corner hinge components visible.
● For added strength and durability, the entire length of the back panel is reinforced with one continuous piece of extruded aluminum that has flanges which wrap the door panel.
● Optional impact plates available.
CR1400 Corrosion Resistant Urethane Door
Manufactured to withstand the most corrosive environments from
saltwater, chemicals, detergents, chlorine, acid, to humidity and more.
● Constructed with a 1/8" thick outer skin of rotationally molded polyethylene with an ultra high density foamed-in-place core.
● The panel can retain its properties from 30°F to 100°F continuous service, and 140°F intermittent service with temperature differences of up to 40°F.
● The overall thickness of the panel is 1-3/4", yet weighs only 3.66 pounds per square foot, making it lightweight and easy to open.
● The sanitary surface never needs painting and cleans easily with soap and water.
● All doors come standard with a replaceable bottom sweep, and are available with a drop down seal. Full perimeter gasketing is available.
● The CR1400 has excellent insulation qualities with an EcoMate foamed-in-place NON-CFC urethane core. Ecomate insulation is designed to be environmentally friendly; it was awarded VOC (Volatile Organic Compound or SMOG)
