ABS 5000 Light-Duty Traffic Door
Aluminum Sheet Door Alternative – Constructed of 1/4-inch thick stress relieved high-density polyethylene, textured to hide normal dents and scratches.
For use with cart, pallet jacks and people traffic.
• Includes 14 x 16-inch scratch resistant polycarbonate window set in vacuum formed frames
for a clean, low profile and centered 60 inches from the floor.
• Constructed of light-weight durable 1/4-inch ABS plastic and resists dents, gouges and abrasions.
• Hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset cam system and hardened rollers.
• The entire length of the panel is reinforced at the back with 3 layers of 6-inch wide x 3/4-inch thick ABS material, allowing for superior impact resistance and virtually eliminating broken spines.
• Can be custom designed to fit any plant, store or restaurant application.
• Not recommended for forklifts. • Not gasketed.
• Doors can be mounted on either wood or metal jambs, frames not included.
• Optional kickplates, jamb guards and locking devices.
• Colors: beige, cloud grey, white, medium brown, red and black.

• Includes 9 x 14-inch acrylic windows set in rubber molding.
• Can be custom designed to fit any plant, store or restaurant application.
• Doors can be mounted on either wood or metal jambs, frames not included.
• Back edge spine is a one-piece, continuous extruded 1/4 inch x 2-inch diameter anodized aluminum tube with flanges that radius the door panel for added strength and durability.
• Not gasketed.
• Colors: chocolate brown, red, metallic gray, black, beige, white and cloud gray.

Classic “C” Hinge — can easily be adjusted after removing the cover and screws.
Back Spine — Heavy-duty “U” shaped fiberglass pultrusion further stiffens the spine for added strength and stability.
Classic “E” Hinge — gravity close hinge system mounts to the jamb with offset hardened steel cam and rollers.
Heavy-duty bottom hinge pin stabilizes the panel in the frame.
